Bioidentical Hormone Therapy

Custom hormone evaluation and support. Often added to a broader regenerative plan when hormones matter for the patient's goals and case.

Hormonal Optimization as Part of a Regenerative Protocol

Hormone balance is often a key factor in how patients respond to regenerative plans and how they feel during treatment. At Altiva, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) is reviewed as part of a patient's broader case. This is especially true for those pursuing longevity, full-body support, or anti-aging goals. Hormones drive energy, sleep, mood, libido, bone density, muscle mass, and mental function. When they are out of balance, the impact on overall health and treatment response can be real.

Unlike synthetic hormones, bioidentical hormones come from plant sources. They are processed to be chemically identical to the hormones the human body makes: estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, and thyroid hormones. Because they match your own hormones at the molecular level, your body's hormone receptors respond to them the same way they would to your own. That means fewer side effects than with synthetic options, and finer dose tuning based on lab tests.

The hormone evaluation at Altiva covers the full endocrine picture. Thyroid function. Adrenal status. Cortisol rhythms. Sex hormones. Metabolic markers. Where hormone balance fits, it is added as a support piece in the broader regenerative plan. It is not offered as a standalone destination treatment.

Protocol Timeline

BHRT: Standard Protocol

Day 1 Full hormone panel including estradiol, progesterone, testosterone (free and total), DHEA-S, cortisol (AM/PM), TSH, free T3/T4, reverse T3, insulin, and metabolic markers. Full symptom and health history review with Dr. Gutiérrez.
Day 2–3 Lab review and consult with Dr. Gutiérrez. A custom hormone plan is built around your results, symptoms, history, and goals. The delivery method is set (cream, pellet, injection, or oral, based on hormone and patient).
Day 3–5 Plan starts. Patient training on how to use it, timing, and what to expect. Add-on support for adrenal health, thyroid balance, and gut/liver function as needed.
Week 6–8 Follow-up lab panel to check hormone levels and adjust doses. Remote consult with Dr. Gutiérrez to review symptom changes and lab trends.
Ongoing Quarterly or twice-yearly monitoring. BHRT is usually a long-term or permanent plan for conditions like menopause. Ongoing checks keep levels right, without too much or too little.

Pricing Is Determined After Evaluation

BHRT plans are highly custom. Your cost depends on which hormones are low, the delivery method, how often you are monitored, and whether BHRT is paired with a cell therapy plan. Because these change a lot from patient to patient, we do not publish a set price list for hormone therapy.

After your evaluation is reviewed, you will get a clear cost outline for your plan before any commitment.
