Dr. Essaú Gutiérrez
M.D. · Regenerative Medicine · BHRTDr. Gutiérrez brings more than 35 years of medical practice to Altiva Cellular Therapy. He trained at the University of Guadalajara Faculty of Medicine, one of Mexico's established medical schools. His career has expanded into regenerative care for complex chronic illness. He looks at the patient's full picture, not just the chief complaint.
He holds a Master's in Regenerative Medicine and was among the first physicians in Mexico to earn it, part of the country's inaugural cohort in the field. He is one of a small group of doctors leading this work in Latin America. His clinical focus covers MSC therapy, MUSE cell therapy, and bioidentical hormone replacement. Each plan is grounded in evidence and applied with careful patient selection.
As co-owner of Altiva, he is directly involved in treatment planning and patient oversight. Altiva is inside CityMedica, a medical clinic that has served Nuevo Vallarta since 2008. That setting gives the staff, infrastructure, and continuity a serious regenerative program needs. Standalone procedure rooms rarely offer this.
